917 FLUS44 KLUB 160015 AAA HWOLUB Hazardous Weather Outlook...UPDATED National Weather Service Lubbock TX 715 PM CDT Mon Jul 15 2024 TXZ021>044-170015- Parmer-Castro-Swisher-Briscoe-Hall-Childress-Bailey-Lamb-Hale-Floyd- Motley-Cottle-Cochran-Hockley-Lubbock-Crosby-Dickens-King-Yoakum- Terry-Lynn-Garza-Kent-Stonewall- 715 PM CDT Mon Jul 15 2024 This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle. .DAY ONE...Tonight. Hazardous weather is not expected at this time. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. Hot temperatures continue into Tuesday afternoon with another heat advisory in effect for Briscoe, Hall, Childress, and Cottle counties. Afternoon high temperatures are expected to reach 105 to 106 degrees in these areas. Daily chances for thunderstorms begin Tuesday evening and continue through Saturday. Some of the stronger storms may produce severe wind gusts with a lesser chance of severe hail. Severe weather coverage, if any, is expected to be quite limited. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not expected at this time. $$
