For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Lake Superior remains situated between high pressure
averaging 30.1 inches over the Appalachians and low pressure
averaging 29.7 inches over the northern Plains, with a weak 29.8
inch trough moving through this morning. This pattern will favor
warm southwesterly flow and the potential for episodes of showers
and thunderstorms. A trough of 29.6 inches sweeps across Lake
Superior Monday, with a 30.1 inch high gradually building in
through the middle of next week.
