.DISCUSSION...The marine layer is expected to become more shallow
by Tuesday, bring the potential for early morning dense fog. This
shrinking marine layer is also expected to lead to a faster
cloudy burnoff, with a warming and drying trend. Typical
diurnal winds expected on Tuesday.

.TUESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Cloudy then becoming sunny in the afternoon.
                    Patchy dense fog early in the morning.
Max temperature.....66 at 0800, max around 86.
Min humidity........75 percent at 0800, min 50 percent.
Eye level winds.....Variable 1 to 2 mph, becoming south 3 to
                    4 mph with gusts to 5 mph by 1100.
Wind (20 ft)........Variable 2 to 4 mph, becoming south 5 to
                    8 mph with gusts to 10 mph by 1100.
Ridgetop wind.......Southwest 3 to 6 mph becoming 5 to 10 mph
                    by 1100.
Mixing height.......1000-1500 ft AGL.
