Hot and humid conditions are expected this afternoon. High temperatures in the lower to middle 90s, combined with very muggy dew point temperatures in the 70s, will produce heat index values near 105 degrees or slightly higher. If you must work outside, take extra precautions to prevent heat exhaustion. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening.
