183 FNUS53 KLBF 060803 FWFLBF Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Western and North Central for Nebraska National Weather Service North Platte NE 303 AM CDT Sat Jul 6 2024 .DISCUSSION... Fire weather concerns are expected to remain generally low into early next week. Wetting moisture chances and below average temperatures persist today and Sunday, with central Nebraska having the best chances for widespread accumulations of 0.25 to 1 inch today. Drier conditions will then prevail into early and middle next week, with temperatures returning back to near and slightly above average. This will lead to lowered afternoon humidity values in the middle of next week, though critical fire conditions are not anticipated at this time.
