...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN BELL COUNTY THROUGH
300 PM EDT...

At 223 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Meldrum, or near Middlesboro, moving east at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Pineville, Middlesboro, Wasioto, Meldrum, East Pineville, Hutch,
Balkan, Noetown, Varilla, Ponza, Miracle, Calvin, Callaway, Cubage,
Ferndale, Binghamtown, Clear Creek Springs, Oaks, Shelaly, and
Cumberland Gap.

THIS INCLUDES U.S. Highway 25 East in Bell County between mile
markers 1 and 13.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
