SOUTHWESTERN LETCHER...PERRY AND WESTERN KNOTT COUNTIES THROUGH 145
PM EDT...

At 112 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Avawam to Liggett. Movement was northeast at 35
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Hazard, Harlan, Hindman, Hyden, Letcher, Cumberland, Loyall, Evarts,
Benham, Vicco, Wallins Creek, Blackey, Elic, Big Fork, Cody, Bobs
Creek, Leatherwood, Hoskinston, Bledsoe, and Dizney.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
 Hal Rogers Parkway between mile markers 49 and 59.
 Kentucky Highway 80 in Knott County between mile markers 1 and 16.
 Kentucky Highway 80 in Perry County between mile markers 9 and 15.
