COUNTIES THROUGH 230 PM EDT...

At 141 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strengthening
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Switzerland to 8
miles northeast of Pierson. Movement was northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph and minor flooding due to heavy
         rainfall.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor flooding due to heavy rainfall is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Palm Coast, Saint Augustine, Green Cove Springs, Flagler Beach,
Bunnell, Crescent City, Hastings, Fruit Cove, Andalusia, and East
Palatka.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
