...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN KEMPER COUNTY
THROUGH 330 PM CDT...
At 254 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Scooba, or 7 miles northeast of De Kalb. This thunderstorm was nearly
stationary.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
De Kalb, Scooba, and Electric Mills.
