At 1013 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near Pheba, or near Starkville, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Starkville around 1020 PM CDT.
