NORTHEASTERN FRANKLIN PARISHES...NORTHWESTERN WARREN AND SOUTHERN
ISSAQUENA COUNTIES THROUGH 645 PM CDT...

At 611 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Pioneer to near Rayville to near Monroe.
Movement was east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Rayville, Epps, Monticello, Warden, Start, Holly Ridge, and
  Darnell around 615 PM CDT.
  Delhi around 625 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Richmond.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
