.DISCUSSION...
Despite deep afternoon mixing, west-northwest transport winds
only around 10-12 kt should limit ventilation a bit today.
Stronger southerly transport winds tomorrow should increase vent
rates, especially west of the Illinois River where there will be a
30% chance for evening thunderstorms. Area-wide thunderstorms are
then expected Monday into Tuesday.
