...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF SOUTHEASTERN SCIOTO
COUNTY THROUGH 445 PM EDT...

At 405 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Franklin
Furnace, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, Greenup, South Webster, Sciotodale,
Franklin Furnace, Powellsville, Lyra, and Haverhill.
