.DISCUSSION...
The extreme heat continues for the region with the hottest day
of the heat wave anticipated for this afternoon across the
region. The wind will be lighter, still afternoon and evening
gusts are expected. Then late this afternoon and evening
the Mojave Slopes have a high probability of wind gusts to
30 mph. Temperatures only trend down a couple of degrees this
week ahead with low RH values and poor overnight recoveries
expected.
