.DISCUSSION..
Hot conditions are expected on Saturday with highs in the 90s
with afternoon RH above 50 percent. Scattered showers and storms
will be possible Saturday afternoon.

Light southerly winds will strengthen into the weekend as
Tropical Cyclone Beryl approaches the Texas coastline. Heavy
rainfall and Hurricane Force winds will be possible across
portions of SE Texas over the weekend into next week. Currently,
the greatest of these impacts are expected over the Matagorda Bay
area.
