.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Winds and seas along with the coverage of rainbands will continue
to increase through the day as Beryl approaches the Texas Coast.
A Hurricane Warning is in effect for Matagorda Bay as well as the
nearshore and offshore weaters. Galveston Bay is under a Tropical
Storm Warning. Improving conditions can be expected beginning
Monday night and continuing for the rest of the week.
