WEST CENTRAL KANSAS...CHEYENNE AND SHERMAN COUNTIES IN NORTHWESTERN
KANSAS THROUGH 815 PM MDT/915 PM CDT/...

At 749 PM MDT/849 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near St. Francis to 11
miles north of Ruleton to near Kanorado to 8 miles south of Bethune
to 12 miles south of Seibert. Movement was southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 55 mph and localized reductions in
         visibility associated with blowing dust. The automated
         surface observation site in Burlington, Colorado measured a
         56 mph wind gust in association with outflow in advance of
         the storms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
