...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN YUMA AND NORTHERN
DUNDY COUNTIES THROUGH 445 AM MDT...

At 424 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 9 miles southwest of
Pleasant Valley to 16 miles north of Haigler. Movement was east at 25
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

These storms will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Yuma
and northern Dundy Counties, including the following locations...
Alvin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
