  Little Sioux River near Milford affecting Dickinson County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Flooding of agricultural and pasture land
  begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.4 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 PM CDT Thursday was 13.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 12.1 feet Tuesday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
