...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 PM MST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Northeast of Black Canyon City in Yavapai County,
  west-central Arizona.

* WHEN...Until 915 PM MST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in creeks and normally dry washes is
  imminent or occurring. Dangerous flooding over low-water crossings.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 716 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms has ended across the advised area. However,
    minor flooding is ongoing or still expected to begin shortly
    in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers...
    Middle Fork Squaw Creek, Tank Creek, East Branch Squaw Creek,
    South Fork Mud Spring Creek, Copper Creek, Squaw Creek,
    Bishop Creek, Tangle Creek and Mud Spring Creek.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Agua Fria National Monument.

    flood safety.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Low water crossings will become dangerous in heavy rain. Do not
attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
