.DISCUSSION...
No hazardous fire weather conditions expected today or tomorrow.
Scattered storms are ongoing across portions of north and central GA
this afternoon and will continue to spread across the area through
the evening. This pattern will repeat itself yet again tomorrow.
Widespread severe weather is not expected, but a strong wind gust
that will be capable of knocking down some trees will be possible
with an isolated strong storm or two. Winds will be SW through
tomorrow at 5-10 mph with some higher gusts. Cloud cover will pick
up each day in the afternoon with greatest coverage dependent on
where storms form. Min RHs tomorrow will be in the upper 40s and 50s
as moisture continues to move in from the Gulf. Mixing heights will
be 4-6 kft and transport winds will be from the SW, 10-20 mph. This
will make for decent vent rates with ADI values from 60-110
depending on the location.
