.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds will
continue to ramp up solidly into gale force in the outer waters
through Friday morning as the thermal trough strengthens. Very
steep seas will build in response with elevated seas moving into
portions of the inner water zones. Winds and seas will decrease
over the weekend into early next week as an upper low moves over
the region.
