While severe storms are not expected, some of the stronger storms may still be able to produce small hail, gusty winds, and frequent lightning. There will also be a chance for locally heavy rainfall that may produce flash flooding, especially in areas hit by heavy rainfall earlier on Sunday. The Mississippi River along with portions of the Wapsipinicon, Cedar and Iowa Rivers are experiencing flooding.
