...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Illinois...

  Rock River near Joslin affecting Henry IL, Rock Island and
  Whiteside Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement will be issued by Monday evening at 900 PM CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Rock River near Joslin.

* WHEN...From Monday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 13.7 feet, Water affects Barstow Road between Barstow
  and Osborn.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 10.9 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 13.7
    feet Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
