...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...In Wisconsin, Douglas County.

* WHEN...Until 945 PM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 643 PM CDT Saturday, trained weather spotters reported
    heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor
    flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Morrison Creek, Crawford Creek, Bluff Creek, Little Amnicon
    River, Miller Creek, Superior, Lake, Silver Creek, Dutchman
    Creek and Amnicon River.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    South Range and Amnicon Falls State Park.
  - Flood safety information can be found at

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
