Low temperatures by daybreak on Monday will range from around 60 degrees across northwestern Pennsylvania to the mid 70s in the city of Philadelphia. Monday will be a very warm and increasingly humid day, with high temperatures ranging from the mid 80s in the far northwest to the mid 90s across the valleys of southern Pennsylvania. Heat indices are likely to top 100 degrees across the southeastern piedmont. There could be a stray shower or thunderstorms late in the day across roughly the southeastern half of the commonwealth. It will remain very warm and muggy through midweek, with an increasing chance of showers and thunderstorms Tuesday into Wednesday as the remnants of Beryl slowly approach the area. $$
