MORNING...

The areas affected include...
Charleston Harbor...
Waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20 NM...

Conditions will be favorable for waterspouts this morning across the
coastal waters between South Santee River and Edisto Beach,
including the Charleston Harbor. The risk will be highest along
lines of towering clouds as well as boundaries near isolated showers
and thunderstorms. Conditions will become less favorable for
waterspout development by late morning.

If waterspouts occur, move your boat away from the waterspout.
Remember that waterspouts can develop rapidly and produce winds
and seas that are dangerous for vessels and everyone onboard.
