Updated forecast to add in a few showers and thunderstorms overnight. Drying will begin Sunday, but expect isolated showers & weak thunderstorms over eastern zones and the mountains. Temperatures will remain cooler than normal with high 70s to low 80s. Looking ahead, we anticipate warmer and drier conditions as high pressure aloft begins to move in from the west and becomes the dominant feature for much of next week. Monday will be the first step toward rising temperatures through the week with mid to high 80s. Triple digit temperatures are possible by Thursday.
