...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN KENEDY COUNTY
THROUGH 600 PM CDT...

At 519 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Riviera Beach, or 11 miles northeast of Sarita, moving south at 35
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Armstrong, Sarita, U S 77 Border Patrol Station, Kenedy County
Sheriffs Office, and Armstrong Ranch Airport.

This includes US Highway 77 between mile markers 710 and 736.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
