Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Increasingly dangerous marine conditions are expected
along the Lower Texas Coast this weekend into early next week due
to the approach and passage of tropical cyclone Beryl, which will
make landfall as a hurricane along the Middle Texas Coast early
Monday. Conditions are expected to improve Tuesday through
Thursday.
