Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the northern Gulf of Mexico
continues to provide favorable wind and sea conditions along the
lower Texas coast into Saturday afternoon. Marine conditions
steadily deteriorate Saturday evening with potential tropical
storm or hurricane conditions developing Sunday through Monday
with the current National Hurricane Center Track taking Beryl
near the lower Texas coastal waters. Mariners and other marine
interests should continue to stay tuned to the latest tropical
updates from the National Hurricane Center.
