...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN BAKER COUNTY
THROUGH 115 PM PDT...

At 1220 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Bullrun Rock, or 30 miles east of John Day. This thunderstorm was
nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. Torrential rainfall.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Bullrun Rock around 1230 PM PDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
