...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN DELAWARE...NORTHWESTERN
SULLIVAN AND NORTHERN WAYNE COUNTIES THROUGH 515 AM EDT...

At 425 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Rutledgedale, or 12 miles north of Honesdale, moving northeast at 35
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Rockland, Walton, Colchester, Hamden, Andes, Hancock, Fremont,
Margaretville, Fleischmanns, and Stalker.

This includes the following highway exits...
 Interstate 86/Route 17 between 87 and 94.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
