This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for east central New York.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Please listen to NOAA Weather Radio or go to weather.gov on the
Internet for more information about the following hazards.

   Heat Advisory.

A cold front moving across the region today will bring showers and
thunderstorms. While thunderstorms are anticipated to remain non-
severe, there is a threat of heavy downpours that could lead to
localized flooding in urban and poor drainage areas. Locally strong
wind gusts are also a threat with thunderstorms that develop.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Heat index values will again be close to Heat Advisory criteria
Sunday through Tuesday in the Capital Region. If confidence
increases, a Heat Advisory could be needed.

There is a chance of thunderstorms Tuesday through Friday, mainly
during the afternoon and evening hours.

western Massachusetts, east central New York, eastern New York and
southern Vermont.

A cold front moving across the region today will bring showers and
thunderstorms. While thunderstorms are anticipated to remain non-
severe, there is a threat of heavy downpours that could lead to
localized flooding in urban and poor drainage areas. Locally strong
wind gusts are also a threat with thunderstorms that develop.

Monday and Tuesday in the Upper Hudson Valley and Litchfield County.
If confidence increases, a Heat Advisory could be needed.
