  Coastal Waters from Cape Charles Light to Virginia-North Carolina
  border out to 20 nm...
  James River from James River Bridge to Hampton Roads
  Bridge-Tunnel...

At 442 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered strong
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These
thunderstorms were located near Monitor Merrimack Bridge Tunnel,
moving northeast at 20 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, 1st Island Bay Bridge, Latimer Shoal,
Plantation Light, Anglo African Wreck, Cape Henry, Thimble Shoals,
Kiptopeke Concrete Ships, Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, Lynnhaven,
Hampton River Inlet, Hampton Flats, Bluefish Rock, Fishermans Island,
Monitor Merrimack Bridge Tunnel, Willoughby Bay, Sewells Point, Cape
Henry Wreck, Cabbage Patch, and Little Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
