A stalled frontal boundary over the area will dissipate as it
moves offshore this afternoon, allowing winds to turn S or SE at
less than 10 kt. Winds will turn again turn southerly tonight, as
a trough develops over the interior Middle Atlantic. These
southerly winds will increase by Wednesday, as a cold front
approaches the area. This front will stall over the waters by
Thursday night.
