...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 AM MDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN SAN MIGUEL AND SOUTHEASTERN MORA COUNTIES...
At 200 AM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles northwest of
Maes, or 15 miles south of Wagon Mound, moving southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern San Miguel and southeastern Mora Counties.
