.DISCUSSION...Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will develop
near the area of concern on Thursday and Friday afternoon and
evening. Any storms that form may produce strong outflow winds up
to 50 mph, brief heavy rainfall, and frequent lightning. Besides
thunderstorms, afternoon temperatures will be hot with highs in
the upper 90s to low 100s. Overnight humidity recovery will be in
the 30 to 40 percent range on Thursday night and the 25 to 35
percent range on Friday night.
