...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 AM MST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Southeast Arizona, including the following
  county, Cochise.

* WHEN...Until 1245 AM MST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1053 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms from Sierra Vista to Hereford. This will cause
    urban and small stream flooding. Up to 2 inches of rain have
    fallen near Hereford.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Sierra Vista, Hereford, Fort Huachuca, Palominas, Coronado
    National Memorial and Ramsey Canyon Preserve.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
