RISK...Significant. AREA...Eastern Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas. ONSET...Ongoing. DISCUSSION... A few thunderstorms will move into northeast Oklahoma this morning before weakening. Additional thunderstorms will develop late this afternoon, and especially this evening and overnight, as an upper level disturbance moves into the area from the north. The greatest coverage of storms will be across northeast Oklahoma, where locally heavy rainfall may occur, which may result in localized flooding. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT... Spotter Activation Not Expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. SUNDAY through FRIDAY...Thunderstorm Potential. EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
