THUNDERSTORMS WITH DANGEROUS LIGHTNING. RISK...Limited. AREA...Southeast Oklahoma. ONSET...Ongoing. DISCUSSION... A slight chance of showers and storms remains across parts of Southeast Oklahoma this afternoon in response to a disturbance moving through the region. Rain chances are forecast to taper off and exit this evening. Severe weather is not expected. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT... Spotter Activation Not Expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. SATURDAY...No Hazards. SUNDAY...Thunderstorm Potential...Heavy Rain Potential. MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...Thunderstorm Potential. EXTENDED DISCUSSION... At least low thunderstorm chances will exist over the holiday weekend into the middle part of next week as a series of upper level disturbances move across the Plains.
