Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Rogers, Tulsa and Washington counties in Oklahoma. Movement was to the southeast at around 15 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was one tenth to one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch and a half to two inches. Coverage increased during the last hour.
