At 242 AM, National Weather Service radar detected isolated showers
and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain north of I44 and east of
highway 75. Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in
Ottawa, Mayes and Delaware counties in Oklahoma. Movement was to the
east at around 10 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour
was around one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch and
a half to two inches. Coverage, and intensity increased during the
last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late tonight and into this
morning, cloudy, showers and thunderstorms likely with temperatures
69 to 74 degrees and south winds up to 5 mph shifting to the north.
