Rises in small streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 733 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. This rain has led to minor flooding. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
