Fire Weather Planning Forecast for North-Central Montana
National Weather Service Great Falls MT
300 PM MDT Sat Jul 6 2024

.DISCUSSION...

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue through this
evening. Any storm may contain gusty, erratic winds, brief
downpours, and small hail in addition to lightning. Coverage of
showers and thunderstorms diminishes greatly for Sunday, though a
few showers and an isolated thunderstorm or two will be around,
mostly over higher terrain. A significant warming trend is
expected next week with an extended period of very warm to hot
temperatures through at least the weekend.
