.THE SURF ZONE FORECAST GENERAL OUTLOOK...

West to southwesterly winds around 5 to 10 mph with surf heights
around 1 to 2 feet will lead to a moderate risk of rip currents
today for all but west-facing and State Park beaches of Gulf
County, where a high risk of rip currents continues and a Rip
Current Statement was issued through this afternoon into tonight.

Based on communication with area beach officials, the following flags
are flying at area beaches:

West Facing Gulf Beaches......Red
South Facing Gulf Beaches.....Yellow
