...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN COOK AND EASTERN
COLQUITT COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM EDT...

At 700 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Norman Park, or 8 miles northeast of Moultrie, moving east at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Moultrie, Norman Park, Lenox, Ellenton, Reed Bingham State Park, Cool
Spring, Staunton, Pineboro, Barneyville, Flat Ford, Spence Airport,
Wagon Wheel, and Crosland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
