...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN BAY AND CALHOUN
COUNTIES IN THE PANHANDLE OF FLORIDA...NORTHWESTERN LIBERTY COUNTY IN
BIG BEND FLORIDA AND SOUTHEASTERN WASHINGTON COUNTIES IN THE
PANHANDLE OF FLORIDA THROUGH 300 PM EDT/200 PM CDT/...

At 218 PM EDT/118 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 12 miles north of Lynn
Haven to near Blountstown. Movement was south at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Panama City, Lynn Haven, Blountstown, Bristol, Altha, Moose Pond,
Clarksville, Selman, Abe Springs, College Station, Chipola, Camps
Head, Scotts Ferry, Kennys Mill, Bennett, Porter Lake, Brannonville,
Hugh Creek, Red Oak, and Chason.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
