...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Big Bend Florida, including the following
  counties, Gadsden and Leon and southwest Georgia, including the
  following counties, Decatur and Grady.

* WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 246 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Tallahassee, Havana, Midway, Tallahassee Community College,
    Florida State University, Quincy, Cairo, Doak Campbell
    Stadium, Attapulgus, Concord, Orchard Pond, Hinson, Darsey,
    Gibson, Scotland, Freemont, Lake Jackson, Jamieson, Calvary
    and Lake Iamonia.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
