...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Georgia, including the
  following counties, Ben Hill and Irwin.

* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 828 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Fitzgerald, Ocilla, Mystic, Fitzgerald Municipal A/P,
    Lulaville, Queensland, Ashton, Abba, Irwinville, Bowens Mill,
    Osierfield, Pinetta, Arp, Irwinville Airport, Wray, Waterloo
    and Red Bluff.
